The room at Dorfhotel Glucksschmiede was like a cozy oasis - the elegant oak wood flooring and the balcony gave it a homey feel. The Smart TV and WiFi kept me entertained, and the Aliseo Professional Ionic hair dryer was a godsend for my aging locks. The minibar and complimentary bottle of “Wolfs Quelle” water were perfect for a refreshment. The wellness basket with slippers and super fluffy bathrobe made me feel pampered. If I needed a baby bed, they were happy to provide one. the room had everything I needed and more.
Personally, I didn't make much use of the telephone during my stay. But I understand that some people might find it convenient to have.

With over 140 km of blue ski slopes, it was perfect for our children. The beautiful canyons of the Saalach provided a stunning backdrop for canyoning tours. The hotel's own hunting grounds offered delicious game specialties in their Fuhrmannstube. The daily sports program featured a wide range of activities, including mountain bike tours and hikes with certified guides. Austria's largest ski area provided endless opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, and ski-touring. The breathtaking view from the mountains into the valley during our cycling adventures was truly memorable. The two golf courses in the area were surrounded by natural beauty and a stunning mountain panorama.
For dads, it would be great to have more child-friendly activities.
